2013 Holiday Palette Wishlist
I'm sure by now most of you have seen the new holiday offerings makeup companies are enticing us beauty lovers with, and I am no exception to that! There are so many wonderful palette's available, and here are a few that I am coveting.
I've already talked about the Tarte Gorgeous Getaways Palette, and that should definitely be mentioned on this list, as it's high up on mine!
I really like the options for the Too Faced Palette, A Few of My Favorite Things
I really love the color options, and the fact that there are both matte and shimmers.
I think this would be really great for someone that wants to try a few of the Benefit products (like me- I don't have many!)
The Little Love Potions kit is perfect for someone that may be on a budget and not sure about purchasing these products out-right, but would probably love the opportunity to try them and see if they are worth the hype!
I'm also interested in the Benefit Luve It Up palette
It's a pretty basic-looking neutral palette, but it is definitely high quality (I checked it out last time I was at Ulta), and if you are a neutral loving girl like me, it would get a lot of use.
On the drug store end, you really can't go wrong with an ELF (eyeslipsface) palette.
Sometimes the quality can be a little hit or miss, but this would be perfect for a beginner!
And I'm not 100% sure this is a holiday release, but I wouldn't mind seeing it show up in my stocking- the Sonia Kashuk Jewel of an Eye palette.
So pretty!!!

I played with this a little the other day at Ulta, and I loved the pigmentation of everything. It also seemed like the shadows would be easy to blend, and a flattering color for my skintone. A couple of the blushes I feel might be a little dark for me, but I could always try a light touch!

Wishlist Wednesday: Lorac Unzipped Palette
As if I don't own enough palettes, lately I've been coveting the Lorac Unzipped Palette.

This gorgeous palette contains 10 eyeshadows, which are a mix of matte and shimmer, and also includes a mini eye primer. The shades are Undercover (Nude Matte), Unbelievable (Copper Shimmer), Unattainable (Bronze Shimmer), Unconditional (Fawn Matte), Unbridled (Merlot Matte), Undiscovered (Gold Shimmer), Unreal (Champagne Shimmer), Uncensored (Chocolate Shimmer), Unspoken (Sable Matte), and Untamed (Bordeaux Shimmer).
I am still loving my Lorac Pro Palette (which I reviewed here), and this seems like it would compliment it extremely well! I feel like there is not a single color in here that would not get regular use, which is also awesome, because I find that there is usually one or two shades that I'm more "meh" about that don't really get used. And what's the point of having a complete set of colors that don't all get used?

Wishlist Wednesday: Lorac Pro to Go Fall 2013 Collection
When I opened my e-mail on July 1st, I knew exactly what my next Weekly Wishlist item would be- the new Lorac Pro to Go palette!

To say I am excited about this is such an understatement! I just got the Lorac Pro Palette recently, and I use it in some form almost every day, it seems.
It looks like this is going to be a palette with three shimmer shades and three matte shades, two blushes, a bronzer, and two brushes! I frequently visit Musings of a Muse, and recently she posted more about this palette on this blog post, and the only dupe appears to be Black, which is a matte black shade, which you really can't get enough of! Considering this is the only dupe, I will definitely be picking this up!
This palette is currently available online only through Sephora.com for $38.00.

Wishlist Wednesday: Samsung Chromebook
My first Weekly Wishlist item is not a Beauty product, and is not a book.
I mentioned in my First Post that I would be doing "A Little Something Different" and this qualifies as that. And it has a little to do with blogging.
I am currently using an Acer Aspire One. I like it, but it's getting old. It's been doing weird things, I've had to reformat a couple times since I got it back in 2010, and I need just a little bigger screen, but still something a little more compact than a computer.

This is the Samsung Chromebook. It is 11.6 inch, 16gb RAM, and weighs just 2.4lbs. And it does everything that I want in a computer- it gets online and let's me do what I want to do. And I can watch YouTube and Netflix, both of which I have issues with on my little Acer netbook.
It's powered by Google, and runs on the Chrome OS. I don't actively use the Google Apps feature (I have an iPhone), but I'm fairly tech savvy and I'm not worried about trying to get to know the layout. I think this would be a great little laptop for me!
